The "JFR Series" is a compact, space-saving coaxial thin-profile ball reduction gear that meets the demand for slim design. By adopting a dedicated integrated cross roller bearing for the output shaft and revising the shapes of various components, it is capable of handling high loads and high stress while successfully keeping the height dimension of the ball reduction gear low. The output flange type takes advantage of its slim profile and comes with attachments compatible with various servo motors as standard. [Case Study] Drive Source for AGV Wheels

We will introduce a case where it became possible to handle high loads without significantly changing the size of the reducer!

We would like to introduce a case study of our slim-type gear reducer, the "JFR Series." There was a requirement to transport heavy loads and improve the specifications of the AGV, which necessitated making the gear reducer capable of handling high loads. However, due to space constraints for installation, we did not want to increase the size of the gear reducer. After implementation, thanks to its slim and highly efficient features, we were able to replace the gear reducer within the limited space while continuing to use the existing motor. 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenges - There was a need to enhance the gear reducer for high load capacity, but we did not want to increase its size due to installation space limitations. ■ Effects - It became possible to accommodate high loads without significantly changing the size of the gear reducer. - We were able to replace the gear reducer within the limited space while continuing to use the existing motor. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
